The location couldn't be better with half a dozen places to eat within a five minute walk. Some older guy who works there I think, he made me feel subconscious when I was going about my business with his avoidance tactics. It made things awkward. Strangely though, it made me feel safer because a guy who works there knows who I am so someone will notice should I go missing. So that was oddly cool.

Nice place but I was charged twice. I tried to cancel through booking.com as I had initially reserved the wrong night. When I got there, it had not been cancelled and had no reservation for the correct night. They found me a room which was great but I was still charged for the first reservation. Might have been my fault when I rebooked but still had to pay both.

It was our 43rd wedding anniversary and there were fireworks that night, so that was great to just walk outside to watch. The mexican restaurant was great, everything we needed was right there in that area, food, the liquor store, gas station. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful. A lot of choices.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and good value. Breakfast was better than expected (fresh cooked eggs, bacon, potatoes along with pastries, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.)

Your hotels have certainly been upgraded…we quit Comfort Inns because they had gone downhill…very nice now,good quality bedding for sure….most places had a good breakfast!!
